Short version: every shirt is printed just for you after you order, US orders over $49 ship free, and we replace anything that shows up damaged, misprinted, or wrong. We cannot take back a shirt because the size or the joke did not land the way you hoped.
How your order is made
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each shirt is printed to order by our fulfillment partner and then shipped straight to you. That keeps unsold inventory out of landfills, but it does add a few days at the front of the process.
Shipping times
- Printing: 2–5 business days before your order ships.
- US delivery: usually another 3–5 business days in transit.
- International delivery: typically 10–20 business days in transit, plus any time your order spends in customs.
So for a US order, plan on roughly one to two weeks from checkout to doorstep. Holiday season and carrier delays can stretch that, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $49 or more. It applies automatically at checkout, and it is for US addresses only.
- Under $49, US shipping starts around $4.75 for the first shirt with a smaller charge for each additional shirt in the same order.
- International shipping is quoted live at checkout based on your address before you pay. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout from your actual address and cart contents, so what you see on the checkout page is what you pay.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, where we are required to collect it. You will see the exact amount before you confirm your order.
Returns and exchanges
Because every shirt is printed individually for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, a change of colour or style, or a change of heart. Please check the sizing notes on the product page before you order, and measure a shirt you already like if you are between sizes.
We will make it right if something goes wrong on our end. Get in touch within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) if your order:
- arrives damaged or defective,
- arrives misprinted or noticeably off from the design shown,
- arrives as the wrong item, colour, or size than what you ordered, or
- never arrives at all.
Include your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will reprint it or refund you. No restocking fees, no runaround.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
If a package is returned to sender because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once the reshipping cost is covered. Please double-check your address at checkout, because we cannot change it after printing begins.
Cancellations and changes
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they enter production, which often starts within a day of checkout. If you need to change something, contact us immediately and we will do what we can.
